Customer Service Representative

Position Overview
As our Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are an in-house representative for a portfolio of customers, working with Sales and Production to ensure your customer’s vision is executed on time and within budget. Daily activities include advising customer during project planning, reviewing project specifications with stakeholders, providing estimates and samples as needed, and monitoring project progress throughout the plant.

We seek the following qualifications:

• Ability to read (English) printed work orders
• Basic fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel) and Windows-based software
• Exceptional communication skills and eagerness to meet and interact with new people
• Strong project-management skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently, maintaining communications with team through multiple channels
• Desire to support and promote a safe, respectful and professional work environment
• Ability to attend daily production meeting (8:30am, Monday through Friday)
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends, for on-site press approvals

• Prior experience in print or a related industry, but we will train motivated candidates..
