SUMMARY
This position interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries and services and to handle and resolve any issues. Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential for candidates.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Makes initial contact with customers as contracts are signed to gather additional information needed
- Schedules initial start date with customer
- Receives and places Customer Service telephone calls
- Schedules estimates for Project Managers
- Maintains solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Creates all Social Media content and maintains and updates certain website pages as needed
- Ensures business license on file with city or county of job location
- Schedules in-progress and final inspections with city or county inspectors and send pictures to inspectors as needed
- Maintains records and ensures DMV registrations are current for all vehicles
- Creates weekly time cards for hourly coworkers
- Assists with Go Green initial financing documents
- Assists with COI requests and initial vendor packet requests
- Performs weekly safety review with each crew either in office or on job site as needed
- Performs general office duties; filing, scanning, shredding
- Supports crews at job site as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
