Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who can help operate front and back end operations of our Medical Device Companies.

Responsibilities

• Order Instrumentation from our manufactures in Germany.
• Process PO's and use Quickbooks to fulfill orders
• Work with our Distributors and help on board more partners to sell our portfolio.
• Be very organized with the inventory management
• Organized with Excel Spreadsheets and and Notion Dash Board
• Can Collect Purchase Orders from Hospitals and Distributor Partners.
• Can Hire out and Delegate stuff for the CEO and Operations Team

Qualifications

• Be able to carry up to 25-40 LB of equipment.
• Has a Car to drop things equipment at a hospital.
• Must have a car
• Must be a strong communicator
• Must come into office Monday -Friday in Beautiful Downtown Huntington Beach

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
