Customer Service Representative

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
Job Duties:
- Answer phones and route calls/input orders (Primary)
- Obtain information on late jobs
- Note job after a customer contacted with the name of the contact
- Field customer emails – input orders, respond or route email to the appropriate person
- Add charges to jobs when appropriate
- Route customer/driver calls to the appropriate position for assistance
- Communicate to scheduled service customers who have backup drivers assigned to routes
- Reporting
- Filing
Qualifications:
- High School or Equivalent
- 1 Year in a Professional Office Environment
- State Driver’s License
