Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote Customer Service team at Dom's Mattress Store. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, orders, and providing product information. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence in Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving product-related issues
• Provide product information, recommendations, and advice to customers
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meet and exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven Customer Service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fixed availability, including specific shifts, evenings, and weekends
