Samaritan Village is seeking professional Customer Service Representatives devoted to ensuring top notch experiences for residents and guests. This is a key role that serves as the voice of Samaritan Village and is responsible for creating a superior, lasting impression. We have full-time and flexible part-time positions available!
The front desk is the hub of the campus, and this opportunity offers a wide variety of duties perfect for someone focused on providing a positive customer experience. Our CSRs are the first points of contact for residents, guests, and employees at Samaritan Village.
Qualifications
- The ability to operate a multi-line telephone, record messages, connect calls, and provide information and excellent Customer Service.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to clearly describe services and amenities to guests and residents.
- Experience following, and adhering to, safety and emergency procedures.
- The ability to understand and adhere to proper credit card, check, and cash handling policies and procedures.
- The aptitude to follow proper mail-, package-, and message-handling procedures and record all details of packages in mail log.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- The ability to multi-task and adapt to a variety of situations.

Receptionist / Front Desk experience!
Availability to work nights (not overnight) and weekends!
Requirements
Pre-employment DOJ/FBI clearance, TB test, clear drug screen, and physical screening clearance required. EOE. 18 years of age or older
