Our Customer Service/dispatchers take telephone calls from customers to schedule Customer Service and installation appointments. They are also responsible to dispatch technicians to ensure the very best service in the market.
Please read this carefully and be absolutely certain that you meet all of these expectations:
- Extremely well organized
- Adept at multi-tasking
- Experience with complex appointment setting and dispatch computer systems
- Experience over-the-phone Customer Service
- Dispatch experience preferred
- Remain calm when things get especially busy
