We're looking for an ambitious and goal-driven individual who enjoys working with people in a positive atmosphere and can give our clients an amazing Customer Service experience. We need a self-starter and team player who can hit the ground running and who wants to learn and grow with us. Our desired CSR is self-assured and has excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain relationships with existing clients while also seeking out new prospects through referrals and networking. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least three years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in the hospitality industry. Sign shop or design experience is helpful. Compensation:$40,000
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Image360 team to facilitate ideas, build relationships, and streamline processes to make our shop the best place to work
- Provide custom quotes to clients tailored to their needs
- Answer phone calls, emails, and follow up on quotes sent
- Develop a working knowledge of products, materials, and vendors
- Update social media and follow up on leads
- The ability to manage several tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
- This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus
