Role Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and product-related concerns.
* Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a positive customer experience.
