Job Requirements:
- High School Graduate
- Bilingual a plus
- Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience
- Must be able to work full-time, early mornings to midafternoon
- Monday – Friday phone center hours
- Must have a smartphone with WIFI capabilities
- Must have a separate in-home office for privacy and less distractions
- Must have a valid AZ driver’s license
- Must have valid car insurance
- Medical billing, coding, and diagnosis understanding a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
