Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients/CUSTOMERS
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, complaints, transactions in a professional and timely manner
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Conduct inbound calls to satisfy customer inquiries or resolve issues
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
