Customer Service Representative (Cardiovascular)

Probo Medical is seeking an energetic, out-going, enthusiastic professional to help grow the Cardiology Division. Immediate full-time position available. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Customer Service Support Representative. We work closely with doctors and hospitals, as well as our manufacturing partners. In this position you will serve as a point of contact for Probo Medical Customer Service needs. Role is located at our Vista, CA office.

Job Responsibilities

• The primary role will be to drive our accessory sales, provide excellent Customer Service and process sales orders.
• Customer Service-serve as point of contact on all Probo Cardiovascular Customer service needs
• Sales/Account Management-sell devices, accessories, and supplies; create house leads for other sales reps
• Answer Phones, qualify information for service department, take orders for customers, serve as communication hub
• Add new products received to inventory list in CRM
• Meet sales goals
• Support existing customers with use or troubleshooting information
• Continually expand your knowledge of our products, the competition, sales, and our customers
• Quote customers on all products in CRM
• Be knowledgeable on all Probo products and services
• Negotiate prices and prepare sales quotations
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
• Travel as necessary for training and or support of job responsibilities

Requirements

• You must be able to close sales and have excellent presentation and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build client relationships.

• Proficient on PC
• Organized
• Good negotiating and closing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
