Customer Service Representative

The Tesla Collision Repair Program is looking for a Collision Customer Service Representative to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting the Internal Collision Center in all aspects of its Authorized Collision Program.

• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative workingrelationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
• Must be willing to train others  
• Ability to work independently in limited supervisionenvironments
• Microsoft Office experience, preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as wellas the ability to follow instructions
• Certificate from Vocational School in Collision Repair,preferred
