Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
FIX AUTO HAYWARD is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer records and maintain database integrity
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promotions
- Provide bilingual support to customers who require assistance in or English
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Multilingual candidates may have the opportunity to assist customers in additional languages

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role or similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus
