Position Description
Tesla Energy Support Specialists handle a variety of customer issues while delivering on world class Customer Service. Our team is the front line and face of the Tesla brand. We maintain a level of professionalism that exceeds our customer’s expectations.
Role details:
- Operations Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 7 pm CST
- 100% in-office | NOT A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
- Training: 4 weeks
- Start date: February 26th, 2024
Responsibilities
- Maintain Tesla’s high standards for integrity, Customer Service and professionalism in all interactions and communications
- Act as a subject matter expertise and cultivate trust with the customer as their singular point of contact
- Increase levels of customer satisfaction by providing feedback for improvement to peers and management
- Partner with various Tesla departments to resolve customer concerns
- Stay up to date on the most current information and tools
- Adapt, remain flexible, and execute on feedback provided
Requirements
- 1 year of technical call center experience with a proven record of excellent Customer Service
- Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills, with an ability to empathize with the customer
- Proven ability to effectively work in Windows and Microsoft office products, while comfortable learning new software platforms
- Ability to work independently, and be both creative and resourceful when presented with challenging situations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.80 per hour
