Job Description
- Confirm & update customer contact information during every interaction.
- Thoroughly review customer comments relevant to each call to provide proper assistance.
- Assess account status & adhere to escalation protocols when necessary.
- Facilitate purchase order or credit card processing as required.
- Coordinate service call scheduling based on geographical locations and inform the Branch Manager.
- Monitor receivables closely & proactively notify customers of any outstanding balances.
- Work accounts receivables for payment with Branch Manager direction
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Strong attention to detail & ability to multitask effectively.
- Completion of a satisfactory background check & drug screen is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
