Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any product-related issues
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and resolved
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
