SalaryProvide general office support at our warehouse located in Alhambra. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: customer support, answering/directing phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting warehouse manager.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have your own means of transportation
- Organized, detail-oriented, problem-solving skills; ability to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills, BOTH written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Previous experience in customer care/support is a plus
- Flexible schedule and work hours
- Knowledge of KPOP is a plus
