Mosquito Joe is looking for an organized, positive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at our main office in Orlando. In this role, youll be our customers first point of contact and responsible for delivering a best in class customer support experience.
Our office is located at 300 S Orange Ave in Downtown Orlando
What your days will look like
- Identifies needs of customers and suggest services and/or products that are specific to the customer needs in order to generate revenue
- Handle customer calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, invoicing and billing inquiries on a daily basis
- Communicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues
- Manage brand reputation through direct dealings with customers either by phone or email.
- Manage customer accounts via proprietary software system
Some non-negotiables
- High school diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED) or equivalent
- Competent computer skills including Google Mail and MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings
- Some basic math skills add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
