Customer Service Representative

Distributor in Hatfield, PA seeking a detail oriented Customer Service Representative. Job position is Full time , Monday through Friday. Flexible work schedule will be considered.

Customer Service serves as the front line in our fast paced office. Job duties consist of the following: Discussing our products with current prospects ,maintaining customer house accounts, processing daily sales orders, answering inbound calls, and maintaining client information in our database. Customer / prospecting follow-up and outreach is also required. Our CSR’s also work closely with vendors to confirm pricing and monitor incoming shipments.

Experience in Microsoft Word is necessary, QuickBooks & Salesforce knowledge preferred. Applicant must be accurate in spelling, math, and grammar. Analytical skills are a plus.

Applicant should also have at least 1 year of experience in an office environment with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary based on experience.
