Customer Service Representative:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company image. This role will focus on ensuring that we exceed our customers expectations every day and on each order.
- Answer, incoming customer calls and emails
- Handle customer quotations and orders processing them accurately into the system
- Receive and respond promptly to customer complaints and questions and follow up with the appropriate internal personnel as required to improve Customer Service
- Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize work effectively and work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities, and a demanding customer base.
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to work well with all departments in the organization
- Must have a sense of urgency and accuracy with daily tasks
- Minimum of two years previous Customer Service experience. Packaging industry or manufacturing experience a plus.
- Must have strong, verbal, written and electronic skills, along with the ability to work closely with internal and external customers in a fast paced team environment.
- Computer skills, including the ability to use word and excel programs
- Strong organizational an analytical skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
