Streamlined Record Retrieval is one of the leading medical record retrieval company in the nation. Throughout the past 17 years, we have been involved in the record retrieval process for major law firms throughout the US. We are currently hiring motivated Account Managers in our Client Services department. In this position, you will use the tools we give you to contact medical facilities on behalf of our law firm clients, to retrieve the medical, billing and other records for their clients legal cases. This is a necessary step for people to be able to receive the healthcare and compensation they need to survive! We help people!

What You'll Do:

• Work on 60+ record orders in an 8-hour shift. Or, the equivalent for part-time
• Make 60+ calls to medical facilities throughout the US each day
• Work directly with clients to ensure their record retrieval needs are met
• Provide world-class Customer Service
• Communicate effectively with internal and external resources

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Desire to make a difference in people's lives
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in an office environment
• Be comfortable having conversations on the phone and via email
• Attention to detail
• Posess skills in communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus Points if You:

• Have 1-2 years of call center Customer Service experience
• Have worked with medical records previously
• Understand HIPAA laws and regulations

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour / Raise after 90 days
