Customer Service Representative: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to Customer Service and customer satisfaction.
Overview
A Customer Service representative works with multiple aspects of the ordering and follow through with multiple POS systems for customer orders. This involves entering tracking information, corresponding with customers, vendors and other employees. This position also ensures that all orders are complete, accurate and orders have been reviewed for discrepancies. This position requires strong phone and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Enter tracking information for customers orders in web-based platforms
- Track and enter order information into web-based platforms
- Communicate with sales representatives and manufacturer’s daily regarding products availability and function
- Communicate with customers regarding tracking, returns and order changes
- Resolve customer issues/inquiries received via email, phone or website chat
- Perform other Customer Service related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in Customer Service ( Strongly Preferred)
- Phone experience (Strongly Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude who is energized by providing customers with an excellent customer experience
- Comfortable handling a high workload
- Self-motivated with ability to organize, analyze and prioritize workload effectively and efficiently, under minimal supervision
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.), Google applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs.)
- Experience with Quickbooks preferred
