Innovate Dental Marketing is looking to grow their Client Communications team by adding a Customer Service Representative.
Daily Responsibilities
In this position, the employee will be responsible for maintaining close connections with our clients on behalf of our company. Daily tasks will include answering phone calls and emails from customers to answer any questions that they may have, sending out and discussing reports with clients, participating in internal meetings to discuss communication strategies, and communicating knowledge on our company's services to best inform clients.
Experience
If you are willing to learn about our digital services (including Google Ads, Website Management, and more) and aren't afraid to pick up the phone and call someone - then that is all of the experience we need for this position!
Bonus Points (but not requirements):
- Experience in Customer Service
- Familiar with Website Management or Search Engine Optimization
- Familiar with Google My Business
- Familiar with Google Ads
- Familiar with Facebook Meta
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
