The Fixture Zone (TFZ) is a family-owned fixture distributor and point of purchase expert for retailers providing quality products and personal service to our customers.
We are Seeking an Inbound Call Customer Service Associate
The Fixture Zone is growing and has an exciting opportunity for an Inbound Call Customer Service Associate who is driven and passionate about providing excellent Customer Service.
As an integral member of the Customer Service and sales teams, you will make and receive calls primarily focused on selling and promoting products and services. You will also respond to customer inquiries using standard scripts or talking points while also processing customer requests.
As a TFZ Inbound Call Customer Service Associate, you will also:
- Be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Provide information about our products and services to assist customers.
- Draft quotes and process purchase orders.
- Confirm stock and lead times with vendors.
- Resolve customer complaints escalating issues to the appropriate department or manager.
- Process customer payments and refunds.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Big Commerce and Mass 90.
- Stay updated on the latest merchandise, promotions, and policies.
- Collaborate with other associates and departments as necessary to ensure good communication, team morale, customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You
TFZ is seeking experienced candidates who have a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting a call center sales organization. You will be proficient in using Customer Service software, preferably Big Commerce, Mass 90, or other similar software system(s). Candidates with showroom experience are preferred.
You will be comfortable working under pressure and prioritizing multiple tasks, executing them accurately and timely.
You will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure our customer needs are met.
You will be a skilled listener and problem solver, willing to take the time necessary to understand the customer’s needs and make product recommendations.
Up For the Challenge
In addition to a competitive hourly salary of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience, The Fixture Zone offers vacation and sick pay, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K contribution.
