We are looking for a highly driven and motivated self-starter to join our company within our Customer Service/Sales department. Bonus points if you are an automotive and off-road enthusiast! This position is highly dynamic and requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to drive sales, provide excellent Customer Service, and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via phone calls, email and support tickets
- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems, approve warranty replacements, and process refunds
- Capture sales and input them into the system
- Create new wholesale accounts and manage interactions with repeat buyers
- Maintain a timely and appropriate response to customer calls or emails
- Work cross-departmentally to ensure Customer Service, sales, and technical support goals are met
- Reports directly to Customer Service Manager
- Facilitate and answer emails from Wholesale customers, and the main email address for the company
- Creating and sending invoices for larger PO accounts
- Filing lost package claims with shipping carriers (Domestic & International)
Skills Required
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of professional email etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to navigate and work through multiple apps the company uses
