Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!
Essential Functions:
- Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner
- Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management
- Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments
- Maintain & update customer records based on interactions
- Process invoice payments
- Provide information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Develop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers
- Participate in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers& office software required to fulfill this position
Qualifications:
- $18-20/hr
- Minimum of 1-year administrative or Customer Service experience in an office setting is required
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office is requires
- Service Titan is a plus
- Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers
- Find it rewarding to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively to see a task through to completion
- Work well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment
- Enjoy patiently, empathetically helping others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
