Customer Service Representative

Must Have:

* Outgoing personality

* Ability to problem solve

* Speak, read and write English

* Available for Varied Shifts Monday - Saturday 8 am to 6 pm

Duties Include (but not limited to):

Offering Professional, helpful, friendly service at all times

Receiving & delivery of garments to customers

Inspection, detailing & racking of garments

Help resolve problems

Follow up with customers

Computer skills and the ability to handle cash

Continued education of the garment & dry cleaning industry

Ability to prioritize and foresee tasks

Salary based on experience

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our Customer Service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's Customer Service policies
• Other duties as requested

Shifts are currently: W-F 1-6 & Saturday 10-3

WE ARE IN NEED OF 3 WEEKDAY PM SHIFTS AND SATURDAY SHIFTS!!
