Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a bi-lingual (English, Spanish) full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary:
Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide product / service information, answer questions, and resolve emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls from customers
- Provide support and information on windshield repair/replacement services.
- Assist Insurance Companies and their customers with filing glass claims.
- Providing cash quotes for windshield repairs/replacements.
- Enter information accurately into the customer relationship management system used by the business.
- Dispatch and route for scheduled installation appointments.

- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Be respectful with co-workers and customers.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (varies)
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday (MST. 8am-5pm)
- Weekends as needed
Work setting:
- On site training (varies on experience), then converts to a fully remote position after training has been completed.
- Mesa, AZ 85207: Reliably commute during training period.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
