We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions

- Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Identify opportunities for sales and upselling to maximize revenue

- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat

- Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and provide solutions

- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions

- Make outbound calls to our customers to schedule planned service, and enroll in our maintenance membership.

Skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

- Sales experience is a plus
