Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, order placement, and product information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer interactions
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Organizational skills to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Previous experience in electronics sales, technical sales, or jewelry sales is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
