Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time position based in Spring Hill, Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for process improvements
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prior experience in Customer Service or sales is essential
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is a must
