Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will have excellent communication skills, problem solving, professionalism and reliability/punctuality. The ability to empathize with and solve customer concerns while being patient is critical. The successful candidate will have administrative and computer/data entry skills and be team oriented. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Answering in-bound customer calls and handling customer requests and complaints, including but not limited to, delivery issues, billing questions, content issues and concerns, etc.

· Demonstrates the ability to perform a wide range of diverse work. Handles duties in their appropriate priority with accuracy and speed.

· Actively participates in the retention programs involving outgoing calls to existing customers to improve service and secure payments and effectively solicit new customers/business.

· Keep work area clean and organized.

· Project a professional and positive image through appearance and behavior to ensure a positive presence within Trib Total Media.

· Assist in the continuous improvement of delivery services by assisting customers and effectively communicating issues and concerns internally.

· Accurately processing transactions and paperwork associated with customer accounts.

· Gathers and disperses clear and complete information to handle all types of customer inquiries. Handles a high volume of inbound calls with accuracy and speed.

· Establishes a cooperative working relationship by being flexible and willing to adapt hours and tasks when necessary.

· Keeps effective lines of communication with co-workers and customers. Communicate ideas, suggestions, and concerns to management.

· Performs additional duties within the office as necessary (filing, dispatch, front desk, data entry, etc.).

· Monday/Friday work shift between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Variable weekend hours between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Holidays as scheduled, considering tenure and availability.
