Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming phone calls, providing assistance to customers, vendors, and insurance companies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize daily operations.
- Maintain accurate and organized daily schedules.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office area.
- Facilitate vehicle deliveries to customers as necessary.
Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred (but not required).
- Familiarity with invoicing systems is a plus (but not required).
- Prior experience with management systems is advantageous (but not required).
- Ten-key proficiency by touch is preferred (but not required).
Skills:
- Proficient in utilizing computer programs for scheduling and other administrative tasks.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.
- Friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
