Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing answers to various customer inquiries and interacting with customers to provide information in response to questions, concerns and complaints by phone and/or via email communication.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to answer questions and provide assistance in the completion of daily operational tasks.
Resolve iVeles/system issues with Rail and VPC
Prepare pull lists on demand based on production and/or customer needs
Reconcile truck shipments and/or vehicle inventory
Input, update, and/or retrieve information from various operating systems.
Create user IDs and passwords for operating system.
Enter and reconcile warranty claims in Warranty Systems. - Design, develop, and distribute reports that drive key business decisions.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Develop cross group and cross functional reports covering client needs. - Other duties as assigned
Compensation: $51,243 - $54,980 based on individual compensation study

- Ability to work effectively in group/team settings.

- Knowledge of MS Office applications to include Excel experience.
- Knowledge of Customer Service and support regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Knowledge of VELES system is a plus
- Valid Driver's License
