Job Description:
Classic Improvement Products, an established business since 2003, is seeking a highly motivated full time Customer Service Representative assistant to work from our office and join our elite, high performing team.

What you will earn:

• Our Customer Service Representatives are expected to earn a minimum of $52,000 per year through hourly wages, commissions and incentives.
• Daily sales commission opportunities allow for endless earning possibilities.

What will you do:

• Build Client Relations – our top priority.
• Follow Classic Improvement Products Sales Process.
• Perform day to day office duties along with answering incoming phone calls, following up with sales opportunities and scheduling sales appointments, installations, service calls and repairs.
• Utilize a proprietary CRM (customer relations management system).
• Maintain regular communication with management.
• Work from our office location.

What we will do:

• Advertise extensively: Repeat Customers, Yelp, Google, Videos, Magazines etc.
• Provide extensive training on our products and systems.

What we are looking for:

• Phone Sales Experience (happy, personable, friendly and always smiling).
• Exceptional computer knowledge (Desktop, Emails, Word, Excel, PDfs, DocuSign).
• A positive attitude (brings excellent energy to the team).
• A team player that appreciates and works daily towards a positive culture.
• Exceptional communication skills (phone, email and text).
• Organized in every aspect of your life from your home, closet, car, glove box and work environment.
• Detail oriented (meticulous).

• $22/hour + commissions.

• Saturdays and Sundays are available for overtime as well.
