Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing customer support team.
In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to clients, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- This is a temp to hire, onsite role
- Located in Irvine, CA
- Monday - Friday - 8am to 5pm
- Pay is $20-$22 an hour
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing the company.
- Identify and analyze customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Accurately record and document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's database.
- Provide clear and concise information about products, services, and company policies.
- Ensure that Customer Service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns that require cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements of a Customer Service Representative:
- GED or High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 year of recent Customer Service experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM Systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customer issues.
