```Duties:```
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and target markets.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively communicate product knowledge to customers.
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in sales or Customer Service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in using technology for sales and account management purposes.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Business development experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license for potential outside sales activities.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $73,259.00 per year
