Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a call center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and upsell additional products or services
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or escalate complex issues
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized and efficient service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language skills such as Spanish are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to analyze customer needs
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Basic math skills are essential for this position as you will deal with measurements
- Experience in fast growing start ups facing constant change is preferred
