This position is responsible for providing excellent Customer Service and assist with the daily operations of background screening.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Enter application data and candidate information into various databases for confirmation of credentials.
- Confirms educational credentials with various universities and educational institutions.
- Submits and tracks domestic verification requests.
- Submits a thorough, accurate, and detailed account of all background check activity in a structured format.
- Conducts follow-ups on all verification requests.
- Builds a sustainable relationship and trust with client and candidates accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping all information confidential.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and internet research.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize work and perform under tight deadlines
- Flexibility to change priorities as needed
- Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail
- Analyzing veracity of supplied documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve without outside direction
- High school or equivalent
Schedule
- Day shift
- Monday thru Friday
- Part-time position
Work Hours
- Monday through Friday (between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
- Saturday, Sunday and company recognized holidays off (unless workload dictates otherwise)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
