Customer Service Representative - Endicott, NY
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: $15.00 per hour; $16 for bilingual

Job Duties:
- The Call Center CSR will work in a fast-paced, heavy volume inbound call center servicing customer calls.
- The CSR assists customers with questions regarding account maintenance, violations, billing, etc. as well as research and resolve problems.
- The CSR disseminates information on a variety of related topics using training materials, handouts, and online tools.
- The CSR is responsible for managing call lengths and is responsible to adhere to a predetermined level of productivity and quality standards.
- The CSR is responsible for researching and resolving various customer disputes and inquiries with the intention of satisfying all customer requests and resolving all customer disputes.
- Using the client's platform, the CSR performs appropriate transaction(s), completes corresponding outbound correspondence, and completes internal documentation and handoffs.
- The CSR is required to meet or exceed minimum standards for production and accuracy depending on the assignment.
- The CSR performs account updates in strict adherence to departmental policy and procedures
Training Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm for 4 weeks of training; 2 weeks in the classroom and 2 weeks on phone (one hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks).
- After training, the regular schedule is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm and every Saturday 8 am to 2 pm; off every Sunday and one day off during the week that will be notified during training.
