Customer service skills involve the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and written with customers/co-workers over the phone and in person.

General Physical demands involve the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squatt, reach, grasp with hands to use machines-tools-equipment-work aids, and tolerate exposure to varying temperatures/conditions inside and outside. On the job training involves Customer Service orientation, interactive computer program, and hands-on practice.
