Training Hrs:

3 weeks of paid training Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm!
Schedules after training are Monday - Friday
8am to 5pm (3 days a week and 10am to 7pm 2 days a week)

$13p/h plus incentive. (average of $250-$500 - month)

Summary of the Customer Service Representative:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for effectively responding to customer inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, by providing a professional, positive, and empathetic experience to each consumer engagement.

Minimum Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

• 6 or more months of Customer Service experience
• Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information.
• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
