Pentair has a job opportunity for you! Join us as a Customer Service Representative at our Sanford, NC facility. You will assist our customers by processing orders, preparing correspondences, answering phones, and fulfill customer inquiries with a goal to maintain customer satisfaction.

More details about the opportunity:
- Following up on orders and keeping customers informed. e.g. scheduled ship date, backorder status, part number, and description clarification
- Provide quotations, lead time, RMAs
- Provide accurate, relevant, complete account notation in CRM
- Working with internal and external customers
- 3+ years experience working in Customer Service/call center
- Experience in CRM and ERP required. Proficiency in Excel Power Point, Power BI
Education Requirements:
High school diploma
