Customer Service Rep (Temporary)

Job Description:

Pentair has a job opportunity for you! Join us as a Customer Service Representative at our Sanford, NC facility. You will assist our customers by processing orders, preparing correspondences, answering phones, and fulfill customer inquiries with a goal to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Full-time schedule, Monday - Friday

More details about the opportunity:

• Following up on orders and keeping customers informed. e.g. scheduled ship date, backorder status, part number, and description clarification
• Provide quotations, lead time, RMAs
• Provide accurate, relevant, complete account notation in CRM
• Working with internal and external customers
• 3+ years experience working in Customer Service/call center
• Experience in CRM and ERP required. Proficiency in Excel Power Point, Power BI

Education Requirements:

High school diploma
