Customer Service Rep Manager

This position is designated for the new Centerville (Snellville/South Gwinnett area) Health Center opening in Summer of 2024.This position will be housed within our newest health center at 3025 Bethany Church Rd, Snellville, GA 30039, USA.The center will be opening in Summer of 2024 and all staff hired for this location will be training in one of our other locations prior to the opening.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Under broad supervision, manages non-clinical staff and functionalities including patient intake, fee collections, insurance verification, inventory management, and more at the Centerville Health Center. Ensures clinic intake and checkout operations are consistent with GNR policies and procedures and works with Clinic Manager to ensure overall operations and clinic flow are efficient and effective. Supervises, guides, and instructs work assignments and oversees training and ongoing assessment of Customer Service Representatives. Communicates effectively with internal and external customers to provide information and recommendations targeted to meet customer expectations. Researches and resolves complicated issues to respond to clients or staff needs. Candidate must be highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment. Collaborates within clinic and other Health District programs and staff and performs other duties as assigned to meet overall organizational needs.
