How you will make an impact
- Monitor guidelines for approving carriers
- Follow-up with carriers, as necessary
- Check, follow, and assist dispatch & progress of orders on time and to meet delivery requirements
- Perform various administrative duties
- Endorse freight bills and process bills of lading
- Notify and plan with inventory and sales management; warehouse; logistics for service changes- Experience with high volume data entry
- Capacity to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
- A candidate who can demonstrate experience in purchasing, inventory control, transportation and warehousing functions will be in the top tier of candidates for this job
- Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high Customer Service orientation
- 2+ years' experience with shipping/logistics
- Foundational knowledge in data entry
- Previous experience working with Revenue Accounting
- Experience with Staffing
- Quality experience with pricing
- Expertise in risk management
- Prior experience with CRM
- Communication experience required
- General familiarity with Inbound Outbound Calls
- Hands-on experience with Spanish Language
- Wide ranging experience with Benefit Functions
- Experience with Commision Functions
- Deep understanding of Computer System
- Solid understanding of complaints
- Customer service experience
- Proven knowledge of Policy
- Well-founded grasp of Answering Inbound Calls
- Skills in English Language
- Practical knowledge of Phone Presenc
- Experience with procedures
