Overview of the Role
Serves as a liaison between our clients (Consumer Products manufacturers) and customers (retail and wholesalers) who purchase their products.
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Salary: $38,000- $42,000 per year
What You Will Do at CA Ferolie
- Accurate and efficient processing of orders received either by email, fax, EDI, or phone using a computerized order processing system.
- Maintains item, pricing, and promotional allowance files, adjusts orders when requested to do so, and performs invoice reconciliation.
- Responds to order-related inquiries from internal and external parties, and interact with Business and Account Management personnel.
- Keeps management fully informed of all relevant information in a timely manner.

What You Should Bring to the Table
- Basic computer (email, Excel, Word) and office equipment (copier, fax, phone) proficiency is required.
- Experience, and/or an understanding of the Consumer Products (food and non-food) and/or Retail/Wholesale Industries, and of order processing is a plus.
