Under general supervision, performs a variety of tasks at busy front desk area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to front desk operations, point of sales, computer registration and financial transactions. Will assist with servicing members and guests in an efficient and courteous manner with regard to registration for programs & facilities, answering the telephone and other assignments necessary to perform the job.
High school graduate with the ability to learn and utilize new skills in computer software or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must have experience in Microsoft Office.Must be able to exert up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for periods of time.Additional responsibilities will include conducting facility tours, membership sales, facility usage, answering the telephone, issuing equipment, facility set-up and clean-up as needed, and other assignments necessary to perform the job. Assisting with special events and programs as needed. Work approximately 22-27 hours per week. Must be able to work morning, evening, or weekend shifts.Employment Type: Part-Time
