Customer Service Rep

Qualifications:
- Professional phone etiquette and outgoing demeanor
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a team and stand-alone environment
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and handle 50+ calls daily
- Ability to handle different duties simultaneously with interruptions
- Highly organized and works well with others
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail is a must
- Previous experience in the construction supply industry a plus, although not required
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide general customer support via telephone, live chat software, and email
- Assist customers with order tracking
- Answer and direct calls as a secondary receptionist
- Provide clerical and administrative support to sales team and management as requested
- Other projects and duties assigned
- Compensation: Depending on Experience
