Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong Customer Service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Multilingual skills are an advantage for serving diverse customer base
